Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group in the Greater Green Bay area is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech specializing in PLCs, AC/DC drives, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting. The position offers a 12-hour rotating shift with a guaranteed six consecutive days off every month, a full benefits package, and ongoing corporate training.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, reading schematics, PM execution, and driving regional upskilling trips.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or 4+ years of hands-on industrial experience.
• Experience with AC/DC drives and PLCs in an industrial setting.
• Must have a stable work history with no more than two employers in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs across automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and diagnose faults in drive systems.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
• Read and apply electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
