Job summary

Advanced Technology Services in the United States (Atlanta) seeks an experienced asset management professional to optimize industrial assets and maintenance programs. You will identify, label, track, and improve assets, develop maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards in a factory setting.

Responsibilities include managing BOMs, budgeting for asset procurement, analyzing performance data, and training staff on CMMS/EAM systems.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree in a technical field with 1–3 years of industrial asset experience and/or 5–10 years as a machine repair technician.
• Familiarity with industrial manufacturing environments and maintenance systems (CMMS/EAM).
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, label, maintain, and utilize assets; ensure proper asset identification and tracking.
• Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for industrial equipment and asset performance monitoring.
• Manage BOMs and budgeting for asset procurement, maintenance, and replacement; support cost analyses.
• Analyze asset data to inform decisions and drive improvements; train staff on CMMS/EAM systems.
• Promote safety and compliance with relevant standards; oversee scheduling and project timelines.
