Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field required with 1–3 years of industrial asset experience.
• Familiar with industrial manufacturing environments.
• Electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with maintenance software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships.
• CMRP and STS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, label, and maintain asset inventories.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Monitor asset performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain BOMs for assets and assist in procurement budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers.
