Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full-Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations across a defined coverage area. You will travel up to 100% of the time, conduct comprehensive assessments, and use an iPad with a clinical workflow. Overnight travel may be needed depending on coverage.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area(s).
• Ability to obtain multi-state licenses as required.

Responsabilités

• Travel locally and nationally as required by coverage area.
