Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations for members across a defined coverage area. The role requires travel up to 100% of the time, including overnight stays when necessary.

Visits last about 45 minutes and include medication and medical history review, a physical exam, and optional diagnostic tests. You will use an iPad workflow and may conduct virtual visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required.
