Job summary

Michels Energy Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator to lead job-site visits, audits, investigations, and emergency response. The role supports operations by maintaining and communicating HSE programs, and by conducting meetings, trainings, and new-hire orientations.

Travel to projects nationwide is required. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in safety, 5+ years in heavy civil/construction, and may hold BCSP/CUSP credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety role.
• 5+ years in heavy civil and/or construction industry.
• Ability to travel up to 100% across the United States.
• Valid driver's license for vehicles you may drive.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Desired bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs.
• Conduct meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.
• Travel to projects across the United States.
