Job summary

Michels Energy Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator to inspect sites, conduct audits, investigations, and emergencies response. You will support operations with HSE program compliance and deliver trainings, meetings, and new hire orientations.

The role requires travel to projects across the United States, including nights and weekends as needed, and may involve varied schedules based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in safety roles and 5 years in electrical/oil/gas industries.
• Board of Certified Safety Professionals and/or Certified Utility Safety Professional credentialing (desired).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of existing HSE programs by conducting meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.
