Michels Energy Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator to lead safety efforts on our U.S. projects.

You will perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response planning, while supporting operations with HSE program compliance through trainings and orientations. The role requires travel across the United States, a valid driver's license, and a preference for bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a safety role and 5 years in heavy civil/construction.
• Overhead distribution and transmission knowledge preferred.
• BCSP/CUST credentialing desired (optional).

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs via meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.
• Travel to projects across the United States.
