Michels Energy Holdings, Inc. seeks a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator to perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.

The role travels to projects across the United States and supports compliance of HSE programs through meetings, trainings, and orientations. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and innovation, with opportunities for growth within Michels Energy Holdings and its family of companies involved in energy infrastructure

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a safety role
• 5 years of experience in the heavy civil and/or construction industry
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (desired)
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Flexible and varied work schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to travel up to 100% across the United States

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs by conducting meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations
