The role requires an RN license, 3+ years hospice experience, and strong leadership and training skills. Expect regular collaboration with regional leaders and ongoing development of leadership

Qualifikationen

• Must hold active RN license in the states of practice.
• Hospice experience of at least 3 years.
• 3+ years of clinical staff leadership including training.
• Able to pass DHS background check and driving requirements.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program for clinical leaders.
• Travel to branch locations to assess and train leaders on-site.
• Meet with new clinical leaders weekly to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and other departments on training needs.
• Ensure compliance with CHAP and Medicare requirements through training.
• Keep training plans updated and aligned with regulatory changes.
• Provide additional training or coaching as needed for performance improvement.
