Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. seeks Highway Concrete Technicians to travel within Texas for night-shift concrete repair and maintenance. Based out of Grand Prairie, TX, you will cover tasks across the state and occasional trips to CO, following all safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include driving to job sites, performing concrete repairs, and coordinating with traffic control as needed, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Background checks (criminal, driving, drug testing) required.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to perform arithmetic operations.
• Ability to use smartphones and applications.
• Ability to adjust to changing schedules.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel across Texas for concrete repair and maintenance work.
• Perform roadway maintenance tasks including guardrail and drainage work.
• Operate light equipment and hand/power tools as required.
• Adhere to federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
