Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Concrete Laborer to travel to the Adkins, Texas area and perform concrete repair and highway maintenance during day shifts and occasionally night shifts.

The role requires 2+ years in concrete forming, finishing, and repair, plus ability to operate wheel loaders or skidsteers. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Criminal background and driving checks will be performed.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain safety equipment for each job.
• Adapt to latest technology and use smartphones/apps.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in varying weather.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to operate hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Adkins, TX area to perform concrete repair and maintenance.
• Execute concrete forming, finishing and repair tasks on highway assets.
• Operate wheel loaders, skidsteers and related equipment as needed.
• Follow federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies.
