Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. seeks a full-time HOV Highway Maintenance Technician for the Night Shift in Grand Prairie, TX. You will perform maintenance tasks on highways, debris removal, sign/guardrail and concrete repairs, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will operate equipment and support snow/ice response as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of safety and operating procedures for highway maintenance.
• Ability to pass background checks and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance tasks including debris removal and repairs.
• Operate wheel loaders, skid steers, forklifts and asphalt rollers as needed.
• Follow federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
