Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking full-time Highway Concrete Technicians to travel across Texas, performing concrete repair and maintenance during the night shift. Base location is Grand Prairie, TX, with up to 75% travel required.

You will operate heavy equipment, use hand tools, and follow safety regulations. A clean driving record and ability to pass background checks are required. The role includes benefits, paid time off, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Concrete forming/repair experience required - Minimum 3 years of related experience
•  
• Roadway maintenance experience
• Exposure to using shovels, weed trimming machinery, brooms, & various small hand tools
• MOT (Traffic control certifications/courses)
• Wheel Loader, Skidsteer, Fork Lift, Asphalt Roller, etc operator

Responsibilities

• Travel across Texas to perform concrete repair and maintenance work, with up to 75% travel
• Operate concrete repair equipment and hand tools
• Follow all federal/state/local regulations and company policies
• Likely night shift duties with rotating day/night schedule and weekend work
