Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced clinical trainer to provide initial and ongoing workflow-based training for providers and clinical staff. You will advise on performance improvements during healthcare transformation, participate in innovation sessions, and support go-lives for clinical systems.

Travel to multiple sites, develop CBT modules, and use analytical tools to predict data. You will work weekends and night shifts as needed, with CAHIMS preferred and Cerner/Epic experience a plus, plus

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical experience
• Bachelor's degree or 3 years' equivalent clinical experience
• CAHIMS certification preferred
• Independent work using PM methodology
• Create and maintain CBT resources
• Provide virtual and in-person training
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows
• Recommend improvements to EHR usage
• Use analytical tools to review data
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Exceptional customer service
• Cerner experience
• Epic experience preferred but not required
• Willing to work weekends/nights for go-lives

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing workflow-based training and adoption support for providers and clinical staff
• Advise providers to improve performance outcomes during healthcare transformation
• Participate in innovation sessions with internal stakeholders
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives and provide SME
• Develop, maintain CBT modules on required platforms
• Travel to various BHSF sites as assigned to conduct ongoing rounding and workflow assessments
• Conduct EHR coaching and refresher sessions for medical specialties and clinical staff
• Use analytical/evaluation tools to review and predict data
• Facilitate and support multiple clinical systems go-lives across BHSF, including weekends and night shifts as needed
