Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in construction-related field.
• Experience: 3+ years, travel within Florida for healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and promotes injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and organizes overall job/workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/EEO programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control; manages project site.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings; participates in progress meetings.
• Creates and enforces project schedule with Project Manager; tracks progress.
• Supports budget tracking, cost reporting and change management.
