JE Dunn Construction is seeking a traveling Superintendent 2 for the National Healthcare Division to lead and manage complex projects nationwide. The role emphasizes safety, coordination of subcontractors, and delivery within scope and schedule, with a focus on high-quality workmanship.

The position requires strong leadership, construction management expertise, and the ability to work across multiple projects, with travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and enforces injury‑free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control and oversees schedule.
• Manages project budget and costs using project management reports.
• Participates in project meetings (daily standups, weekly trade meetings, OAC).
