Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years construction experience and 5+ years field supervision.
• Lean principles experience preferred and ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment across projects.
• Manage subcontractors, materials, and overall workflow for projects.
• Develop work plans; oversee schedule and progress against plan.
• Coordinate project meetings and communication with owners, design teams, and authorities.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and procurement through project management systems.
• Assist in project closeouts and handoffs with owners and stakeholders.
