Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage, and execute complex projects across Florida healthcare sites. The role demands strong leadership, risk and cost management, and collaboration with owners and design teams.

The candidate should have 10+ years in construction and at least 8 years of field supervision, with proven Lean performance and proficiency in project controls and safety culture. Travel within Florida is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience.
• 8+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of significantly complex or multiple projects.
• Manage and coordinate safety, quality, and schedule.
• Oversee budgets and cost reporting; track progress and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Develop work plans and sequence activities for self-perform work.
• Ensure documentation and QA/QC compliance across the project.
