Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a traveling Superintendent 2 for our National Healthcare Division. You will plan, manage, and execute complex projects nationwide, travel up to 100% to project sites, and ensure safet y, quality and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in construction, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across teams. The position advances within the Superintendent path, and may involve relocation or travel based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, written and verbal.
• Proficient with MS Office and project management tools.
• Experience applying Lean construction principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and injury‑free environment through actions and mentoring.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and overall job workflow.
• Oversee safety, quality, and cost reporting; monitor budgets and expenses.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Coordinate site care, custody, and project documentation; lead meetings.
