JE Dunn Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent for healthcare construction projects across Florida. The role requires full-time travel within the state and alignment with the National Healthcare Division’s standards.

Candidates will be considered at levels S1–S3 based on experience. The Superintendent 1 will plan, manage and execute project aspects, oversee materials and personnel, and ensure project goals for timely, profitable completion.

Qualifications

• Formal education in construction management or related field with a preferred bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supervising field teams and coordinating subs on complex projects.
• Strong communication, planning, and budgeting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned healthcare projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet schedule.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and documentation to achieve on-time completion.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure QA/QC compliance on site.
• Participate in progress and OAC meetings and report to project leadership.
