Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Sr. Superintendent for the National Healthcare Division. This role requires full-time travel (up to 100%) to projects nationwide and involves leading safety, scheduling, and field teams to deliver on-time, on-budget healthcare facilities.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of construction experience with 5+ years in supervision, and a degree in construction management or engineering is preferred. Travel, leadership, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years construction experience and 5+ years field supervision preferred.
• Strong leadership, safety focus and ability to manage multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all safety initiatives and mentor staff on safety practices.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and consulting teams for project execution.
• Develop work plans and coordinate project schedules with the PM.
• Track budgets and costs using project management tools.
• Communicate progress and risks to owners and design teams.
