Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up healthcare projects nationwide, from hospitals to imaging centers. You will oversee field operations, schedules, safety, and subcontractor coordination to deliver on time and within budget.

With 5–15+ years of healthcare construction and a willingness to travel nationally, you will guide project teams, report progress, manage costs, and uphold quality.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on healthcare projects.
• Willing to travel nationally.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical job demands (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award meetings and assist preplanning.
• Prepare schedules, organization structure, staffing and equipment needs.
• Direct and control the project to meet specs and schedule while ensuring profit.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure integration with schedules.
• Maintain daily project diary and report progress to management.
• Review requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and other reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety program and company values.
