Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5-15+ years of healthcare project leadership to oversee ground-up hospitals, labs, and imaging centers. You will manage administrative tasks, field operations, and drive project to on-time, on-budget completion per specs.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a lead superintendent on quick ground up hospital or healthcare projects.
• Willing to travel nationally.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; basic project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Prepare schedules of activities, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule, ensuring profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors of schedule changes promptly.
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
