JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to lead complex healthcare projects nationwide. You will develop and execute the project plan, oversee safety, quality and subcontractor management, and coordinate field operations to meet schedule and budget goals.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years of construction experience, including 10+ years in field supervision, with Lean principles and project management software proficiency. Travel is 100% and travel readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness.
• Manages subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.
• Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEO for a small project or a major portion of a larger project.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages the care, custody and control of the project site.
