Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent (Mega Projects) for its Advanced Facilities Group. The role travels nationwide to lead complex projects in data centers, industrial/manufacturing, and semiconductor sectors.

You will develop the project plan, supervise teams, manage subcontracts, and ensure schedule adherence. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in construction with strong leadership, safety culture, and proficiency in project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 12+ years construction experience with leadership in field supervision.
• Experience on large-scale industrial, data center or manufacturing projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and mentor staff to maintain injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and organize overall job and workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care, custody and control.
• Lead progress meetings and participate in OAC meetings.
