Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a General Superintendent for its Advanced Facilities Group to lead complex mega projects nationwide, including data centers and semiconductor facilities. The role requires hands-on management of safety, schedule, budget, and subcontractor coordination, with frequent on-site leadership and travel.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years in construction, a degree in construction management, and proven experience in Lean methods, scheduling, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 12+ years construction experience with supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on large projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and incident investigations.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project workflow to meet schedule and budget.
• Develop work plans and coordinate site activities across trades.
• Prepare and present progress reports for owners, design teams, and authorities.
• Oversee project closeouts and ensure QA/QC compliance.
