Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a General Superintendent for its Advanced Facilities Group. You will lead safety, manage large-scale project teams, and coordinate subcontractors on high‑tech data center, industrial, and manufacturing facilities across the country. Travel and full on-site presence are required for mega projects.

You will develop schedules, control costs, and ensure quality with experienced field teams, reporting to the Project Manager and collaborating with owners and design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).
• Experience working on large, high tech construction projects (data centers, semiconductor, industrial/manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors others.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Creates and manages project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Monitors budget and costs using the project management system.
