Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent for Mega Projects within the Advanced Facilities Group. The role travels nationwide and on-site full time, leading teams on complex Industrial, Data Center and Semiconductor projects.

You’ll drive safety, schedule, budgeting and coordination with owners and subs, while shaping project outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in construction, strong Lean, budgeting and leadership skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors others.
• Manages subcontractors, workflow and project staff.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Creates and updates project schedule with Project Manager.
• Manages budgets and cost reporting; supports procurement processes.
• Communicates project status to owners, design team and subcontractors.
