Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent for Mega Projects to lead complex industrial, data center and semiconductor builds nationwide. The role requires on-site leadership, strict safety adherence, and coordination with owners, design teams and subcontractors on large programs.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in construction, 10+ years supervising teams in high‑tech environments, and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).
• Experience on large, high tech construction projects (data centers, semiconductor, etc.) (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate and manage project site care and control.
• Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings (OAC).
• Create, manage and adjust project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Support budgeting and cost reporting with the project management system.
