Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a General Superintendent for our National Healthcare Division. The role requires 100% travel to project sites, overseeing complex projects, leading the team, planning construction sequencing, and ensuring alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and safety culture.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in construction, strong leadership, and expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and field operations. A bachelor’s degree in construction management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (preferred).
• 12+ years construction experience with field supervision.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the project and manages complex construction work.
• Develops and manages project schedule and budget.
• Coordinates safety, quality and subcontractor management on site.
• Supports procurement processes and tool/equipment selection.
• Ensures documentation, logs and reports are up to date.
