Aramark is seeking a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client typically generating $2-15M+ in revenue. You will lead a team to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs, including food service, facility support, custodial services, and more.

The role emphasizes strong relationship building, financial acumen, safety focus, and the ability to translate contract requirements into actionable plans.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities or Business Management preferred.
• Strong focus on client and customer service and business growth.
• Savvy interpersonal skills for communication with clients and management.
• Ability to read and implement contractual requirements and identify opportunities.
• Experience in service/contracted hospitality environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a team delivering contracted services and provides hands-on execution management of operations.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location to drive satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team capable of achieving organizational objectives.
• Proposes methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on contract terms.
• In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and designs improvements for financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and records.
• Adheres to Aramark’s standards of operation and safety policies.
