No Soliciting is seeking a traveling Floor Manager to oversee operations across No Soliciting Downtown, Dublin, and Westerville. The role focuses on directing nightly service, guiding staff performance, and delivering top-tier experiences in a sophisticated environment.

The Floor Manager will collaborate with the General Manager, plan shifts, handle guest inquiries, and ensure safety and smooth operations in a dynamic, upscale setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams in fast-paced settings.
• Proven ability to supervise shifts, coach staff, and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily operations and staff management.
• Coordinate daily operations, plan shifts, and address issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Act as brand ambassador; uphold values to guests and team.
• Establish positive guest relationships; handle inquiries and follow up on feedback.
• Monitor health and safety, and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with facility management including activities and equipment upkeep.
• Enforce policies, standards, and procedures among teams.
• Support staff during peak times and undertake required operational duties.
• Lead End of Day reporting and secure daily revenue deposits.
• Support new hire training to ensure staff have product knowledge and service skills.
• Provide coaching and corrective action to staff when needed.
