Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally.
• Guide guests through all phases of their dining experience.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menu and offerings.
• Practice up-selling and suggestive selling when taking orders.
• Input accurate orders in the POS system.
• Support cleanliness and safety of the space.
• Communicate guest needs with management and staff.
• Provide timely, attentive service to groups and individuals.
• Demonstrate proper service techniques and order delivery.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate service.
• All other duties assigned by management.
• Must work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to meet physical demands (walking/standing/lifting).
• Maintain urgency and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
