The Floor Manager will collaborate with the General Manager, plan shifts, handle guest inquiries, and ensure safety and smooth operations in a dynamic, upscale setting.

• Assist with facility management including activities and equipment upkeep.
• Enforce policies, standards, and procedures among teams.
• Support staff during peak times and undertake required operational duties.
• Lead End of Day reporting and secure daily revenue deposits.
• Support new hire training to ensure staff have product knowledge and service skills.
• Provide coaching and corrective action to staff when needed.

No Soliciting is a members-only speakeasy is seeking a talented and dedicated Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our venue. You will be responsible for overseeing the nightly flow of service, managing staff performance, and ensuring that each members enjoys a top-tier experience. • Assist the General Manager and Management Team with operations, management of staff and guest experience.
• Coordinate daily operations, plan shifts, and proactively address/solve issues to ensure excellent guest experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador for N/S and Rise Brands; ensure values are upheld to both external and internal audiences.
• Establish positive relationships with all guests; handle complaints, requests and inquiries, as needed and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor, correct and report health and/or safety issues to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with facility management including game/activities and equipment maintenance.
• Hold teams accountable to established policies, standards and procedures.
• Support colleagues at peak times and undertake any operational duty which might be reasonably required.
• Lead the completion of End of Day reporting at the close of business; collect, audit and securely deposit daily revenue.
• Support new hire and on-going training to ensure the staff has strong position skill abilities, product knowledge and provide friendly guest service.
• Help manage performance by coaching in the moment and using corrective/disciplinary action, as needed.
