Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Floor Manager for a traveling position across No Soliciting Downtown, Dublin, and Westerville. You will oversee the nightly flow of service and supervise staff to ensure members enjoy a top-tier experience in a sophisticated environment.

The role requires strong hospitality leadership, the ability to coach teams, manage guest feedback, and maintain safety and standards across multiple venues in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Management Team with operations and guest experience.
• Coordinate daily operations, plan shifts, and address issues to ensure guest experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador for N/S and Rise Brands; uphold values.
• Establish relationships with guests; handle complaints and requests; follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor health and safety issues to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with facility management including games and equipment maintenance.
• Hold teams accountable to policies, standards and procedures.
• Support training and onboarding to ensure staff have strong positional skills and guest service.
• Lead End of Day reporting and securely deposit daily revenue.
• Support coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support colleagues at peak times and other duties as required.

- Assist the General Manager and Management Team with operations, management of

- Coordinate daily operations, plan shifts, and proactively address/solve issues to ensure

excellent guest experience.

- Act as a brand ambassador for N/S and Rise Brands; ensure values are upheld to both

external and internal audiences.

- Establish positive relationships with all guests; handle complaints, requests and

inquiries, as needed and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Monitor, correct and report health and/or safety issues to ensure a safe environment for

guests and staff.

- Assist with facility management including game/activities and equipment maintenance.

- Hold teams accountable to established policies, standards and procedures

- Support colleagues at peak times and undertake any operational duty which might be

reasonably required.

- Lead the completion of End of Day reporting at the close of business; collect,

audit and securely deposit daily revenue.

- Support new hire and on-going training to ensure the staff has strong position

skill abilities, product knowledge and provide friendly guest service.

- Help manage performance by coaching in the moment and using

corrective/disciplinary action, as needed.
