Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a traveling Fire Protection Superintendent to oversee scheduling, subcontractors, and field operations across US project sites. You will ensure quality and progress per the master schedule, mentor crews, and manage plans, design documents, and code requirements.

Ideal candidates bring proven superintendent experience, OSHA certification, and proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of construction superintendent experience.
• Must have scheduling, planning, organization and document control.
• OSHA certification and knowledge of safety standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and master plan alignment.
• Coordinate safety meetings and overall site safety.
• Review subcontractor scope and ensure quality and schedule compliance.
• Manage document control, daily logs, and testing certificates.
• Coordinate with PM/PCM/PFE on progress, QA/QC and reporting.
• Maintain As-Built drawings and final submittals.
• Schedule inspections and ensure proper close-out documentation.
