Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Field Service Specialist to install, configure and validate equipment at client sites. You will troubleshoot in real time, follow SOPs, and document service activities while maintaining safety and quality across locations.

You will travel 75–100% regionally, with occasional out-of-town projects, supporting quick throughput and effective client training on installed systems. The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical skills and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on field service, installation, or technical experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic field environments.
• Experience following structured SOPs and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and configuration of equipment and systems.
• Execute troubleshooting and repairs to resolve issues in real time.
• Conduct testing and validation to confirm system functionality post-install.
• Complete service documentation and reporting for each installation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of parts.
• Provide on-site client interaction and basic training on installed systems.
• Travel as required and coordinate across multiple sites.
