Job summary

TMG Construction Corp is seeking a seasoned Superintendent II to oversee day-to-day field operations on multiple small to large projects, with travel across the United States. You will lead self-perform and subcontractor work, ensure safety and quality, and maintain schedules from start-up to completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating with management, clients, and subcontractors, managing budgets, and enforcing contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in field as Superintendent/ QC Manager/ Field Engineer.
• Prefer 5+ years in government contracting.
• Experience on MEP heavy projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field activities to meet milestones and schedule.
• Create short-interval look-ahead project schedules and ensure proactive attendance.
• Promote safety, health, and cleanliness on site.
• Coordinate work to meet contract standards and best practices.
• Establish and maintain all project dimensional controls.
• Verify quality and workmanship meet standards.
• Identify and resolve issues with proactive solutions.
• Ensure inspections and documentation are complete.
• Manage contract terms, changes, and closeout processes.
• Maintain daily field paperwork and communications.
