TMG Construction Corporation is seeking a Superintendent II to lead field operations on multiple projects across the United States, from start-up through closeout. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field activities to meet milestone dates and overall schedule completion.
• Create short-interval look-ahead project schedules and track upcoming events.
• Foster a culture of safety, health, and cleanliness on site.
• Coordinate work to align with contract documents and best-practice standards.
• Establish and maintain all dimensional controls, including third-party survey when needed.
• Verify all work is installed plumb, level, and straight.
• Maintain workload visibility and proactively identify issues with solutions.
• Ensure inspections are completed and quality documentation is thorough.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements.
• Administer client-specific programs (CQC, Safety, Environmental Stewardship).
• Conduct or participate in pre-construction, progress, and stakeholder meetings.
• Hold regular meetings with owners, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Meet with clients regularly to discuss status and resolve problems.
• Manage self-performed activities within the project budget.
• Administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; monitor terms.
• Manage punch list and project closeout for timely completion.
• Maintain daily paperwork and communications (timecards, field reports, emails).
• Provide timely interaction with supporting groups (accounting, HR, ICS).
• Direct and mentor staff; encourage continuous professional development.
