Job summary

The Fi Company is seeking a Field Services Technician to install, service, and maintain digital and visual merchandising displays at customer sites across Nevada. You will diagnose technical issues, perform on-site repairs, and document work orders.

This role requires frequent travel (up to 75%), the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and adherence to safety procedures including OSHA guidelines. Start times can be flexible and overtime/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of field or similar experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand flow charts, manuals, and technical documents.
• Excellent customer service skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain digital and visual merchandising displays.
• Troubleshoot equipment and components; perform repairs.
• Train employees and subcontractors on proper installation techniques.
• Install work including cutting and drilling concrete and wiring; follow manuals and documentation.
• Complete and report hours, parts used, and service orders; follow up on open issues.
