OWL Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical equipment at customer sites. The role suits a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and delivering reliable field service.

Technicians ensure equipment such as POS systems, alarms, and security devices operate safely while upholding excellent customer service standards. On-site with extensive travel, you will join a dynamic service team.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% overnight.
• Able to work independently and handle field service tasks.
• Strong focus on safety and adherence to protocols.
• Proficient with computers and smartphones for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and replace electro-mechanical equipment
• Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
• Service equipment including cash registers, coin changers, alarms, and POS systems
• Complete service requests and maintenance tasks in a timely, professional manner
• Review work orders, manuals, and technical drawings
• Utilize testing devices, hand tools, and power tools
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
• Travel overnight 30-40% for service, installations, and upgrades
• Maintain accurate documentation using company systems and mobile tools
