Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks a detail-oriented Mailroom/Operations Associate to support field operations across assigned customer accounts. You will perform daily site inspections, assist with onboarding, and help develop Site Procedure Guides to ensure safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with shipping, receiving, and courier services, and can travel to multiple accounts as needed. This role is on-site in California, with a focus on operational best practices and customer

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Basic knowledge of mailroom operations and courier services.
Attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Assist management with process improvements and validation to ensure field compliance with best practices.
Support Field Implementation Managers with onboarding new customer accounts and service expansions.
Assist onboarding of new team members and cross-train peers.
Assist in developing Site Procedure Guides and sharing best practices across the geographic area.
Routinely inspect Site Procedures Guide for accuracy and compliance.
Knowledgeable about all contracted services within assigned customer accounts.
Perform daily visual inspections of site services and customer compliance with safety.
Provide feedback on site experience via surveys to improve customer and internal experience.
May stand in for absences or vacations of onsite resources, including site management.
Provide, execute, and support all aspects of services, including travel to accounts.
