Job summary

LGC is seeking a Field Service Technical Coordinator II to support a fast-paced global Field Service team. You will coordinate pre- and post-trip support, travel, dispatch field personnel, manage parts inventory, and assist with ISO compliance and process improvements across regions.

The role requires strong administrative, customer service, and technical support experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and the ability to work with diverse teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 4+ years in an administrative, customer service, or technical support environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a team, self-motivated, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and review Field Service visits with Field Service Management.
• Coordinate travel scheduling for repairs, updates, and maintenance.
• Manage logistics, documentation control, and training events for internal and external teams.
• Support ISO compliance initiatives and process improvements across global Field Service functions.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and international teams to meet business needs.
