Job summary

InPwr, Inc. is a traveling resource coordinator/field operations role based in Indianapolis, IN with nationwide project sites. You will coordinate materials, mobilize/demobilize jobsites, and act as on-site representative for contractor/vendor meetings when leadership is unavailable.

Responsibilities include site safety supervision, tool and equipment checks, and daily documentation. A valid CDL and ability to operate heavy equipment are required, with travel and flexible hours including nights

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of electrical construction experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to operate manual/automatic trucks.
• Read maps, manuals, specs, blueprints; interpret prints/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project logistics, material procurement and tracking.
• Support jobsite mobilization/demobilization and asset coordination.
• Represent on-site in meetings when leadership is unavailable.
• Assist foreman with daily tasks to keep projects on track.
• Maintain daily reports: site conditions, safety updates, equipment tracking.
