Job summary

InPwr, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Electrical Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team in the electrical design-build space. You will assist the Project Manager with planning, organizing, and directing field operations on live projects nationwide.

Expect 75% site work and 25% remote work, requiring strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Accubid to manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders.

Qualifications

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam and Accubid.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, to include excellent verbal and written communication.
• Problem-solving capabilities to identify and resolve problems in an analytical and timely manner.
• Effective time management through proper planning, organization, and ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Be an effective team member, balancing both individual and team responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with planning, organizing, and directing operations related to ongoing projects.
• Provide administrative and clerical support as required.
• Support with closing punch list and vendor/sub-contractor coordination.
• Coordinate change orders and maintain project documentation (drawings, submittals, RFIs).
• Prepare project update reports, daily logs, meeting agendas, and information requests.
• Assist in field coordination between design intent and installation methods.
• Support PM with project management software utilization (e.g., Procore).
