Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Journeyman Electrician with commercial experience.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Deep knowledge of the NEC and construction processes.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in demanding environments and at heights.
• Willingness to travel 75–90% (17/4 rotation provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices on active job sites.
• Oversee installation of commercial electrical systems according to codes.
• Manage daily reports, look-aheads, progress updates, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and regulations.
• Coordinate labor, tools, equipment, and material needs.
• Conduct toolbox talks to promote a strong safety culture.
• Support QA/QC efforts and project execution standards.
• Train, evaluate, and develop field personnel.
