Qualifications
5+ years as a Journeyman Electrician with commercial experience.
Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Deep knowledge of the NEC and construction processes.
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in demanding environments and at heights.
Willingness to travel 75–90% (17/4 rotation provided).
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices on active job sites.
Oversee installation of commercial electrical systems according to codes.
Manage daily reports, look-aheads, progress updates, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety programs and regulations.
Coordinate labor, tools, equipment, and material needs.
Conduct toolbox talks to promote a strong safety culture.
Support QA/QC efforts and project execution standards.
Train, evaluate, and develop field personnel.
