Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking Field Engineer I, II, or III for solar, BESS, and renewables projects across the United States. The role involves inspecting construction activities, ensuring conformance to plans, and maintaining detailed QA/QC documentation.

Travel up to 100% with per diem and vehicle allowance is provided. Multiple project locations include Phoenix, AZ; Dallas, TX; Fargo, ND; Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related degree preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in related construction field for Field Engineer I; 1-2 years for II; 2-3 years for III.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Inspect and ensure quality of work during daily construction activities.
• Review tests and inspection reports and communicate issues to QA/QC.
• Maintain QA/QC data and daily reports with measurements and resources.
• Interface with construction managers to report progress and manage field personnel.
