Newbury Residential in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Traveling Renovation Supervisor to lead on-site renovations across our multifamily communities. This full-time role requires travel up to 26+ weeks per year and coordinating contractors, schedules, and quality across interiors and exteriors.

You will manage budgets, train staff, and maintain clear communication with residents, vendors, and inspectors while upholding safety and local codes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in renovation or construction fields.
• Experience in project management, scheduling, and expense control.
• Strong communication with residents, vendors, and teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 26+ weeks per year and throughout properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership and manage renovation projects across properties.
• Oversee contractors and onsite staff for apartment renovations and upgrades.
• Perform interior and exterior renovations and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain renovation schedules and deliver weekly progress reports.
• Manage project budgets and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and supervise renovation staff.
• Communicate clearly with residents, employees, and contractors.
• Liaise with inspectors, engineers, and authorities.
