Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel between EHOB facilities in the Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities

• Support facility maintenance needs across multiple EHOB locations.
• Respond to facility-related work orders and building issues.
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs as trained.
• Install and repair office furniture, shelving, fixtures, and similar items.
• Escort vendors and verify completed work.
• Maintain safety compliance and assist with inspections.
